I’m Rebecca Baron, a bilingual Italian and English translator based in the province of Vicenza, Italy. I help businesses communicate their identity, services and ideas across languages.
Tell me what you are working onI have worked as a freelance translator since 2012. My work includes translation, revision, transcription and subtitling in Italian and English, alongside language assistance at international trade fairs and company events.
I have collaborated with translation agencies in Italy, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and New Zealand. My experience spans tourism and cruises, energy and telecommunications, technical and pharmaceutical documentation, marketing, publishing and audiovisual content.
I studied at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, completing an undergraduate degree in Languages, Arts, History and Civilisations in 2009, followed by a master’s degree in Comparative International Relations in 2012.
